Our Process
1. Design Discovery Call
During your free Design Discovery Call, we will get to know your project. We will get to understand your project goals, any special considerations you have and bring you clarity on how we can help.
2. Conceptual Design
During the Conceptual Design phase we define and clarify the project's overall design direction, vibe, mood, and space planning needs. We consider how you live, the use of each and every space, the overall flow and how each space will relate to the sun at different times throughout the year.
3. Detailed Design
With our years of experience, vendor relationships and trade-only sources, we will source timeless, beautiful pieces for your project. From fabrics to furniture, down to each accessory, our team has each area designed and laid out for you.
We will create and present your custom design plan, floor plans, wall elevations, custom pieces and any other special touches that will be procured to create your custom interiors.
4. Procurement
During Procurement, all of your project's Furnishings, Decor and Accessories are ordered and carefully tracked. Once received, each item is carefully inspected and stored in a secure climate-controlled warehouse. Once all items for your project have been received, installation day is scheduled!
5. Installation Day!
Finally! The big day is here. Our team of installers will deliver and install your home's new design. As our experienced team carefully places and installs each piece in accordance with your custom design plan, your new home takes shape.
